fhnw.initialPositionThe opportunity of Mibelle Group is to harmonize the different measurement systems in place. The goal of the project is to develop a unified solution to foster the implementation of the Group Strategy.
fhnw.procedureFirstly the three different performance measurement systems are analyzed with investigation of advantages and disadvantages of the current systems. The second step provides recommendations and concludes with a unified solution, a target BSC to measure the effectiveness of the strategy implementation and have an adequate management tool available. Current performance sheets were analyzed, executive managers of the Mibelle Group were interviewed, an expert was questioned for practical inputs when developing and implementing a BSC and literature was general support on the topic.
fhnw.resultsThe recommendations section gives helpful insights to the company how to develop and implement an appropriate target BSC for the newly established Mibelle Group. Points for improvements are outlined and the indicators for the target BSC suggested. With the target Balanced Scorecard in place the company has a company specific tool in order to measure its overall performance as well as an instrument to track the strategy.
